A Firm Foundation

During a pivotal period of growth in the late 1980’s, the company faced the challenges of scaling operations while maintaining its core values. Recognizing the need for a cohesive framework to guide its expansion, second-generation owner John Schneider established three foundational principles and practices that would significantly shape the corporate culture for years to come.

Principles

Practicle

Do the right thing:

For our employees

Act with integrity and value every individual through respect and appreciation.

For our clients

Develop and deliver solutions that have integrity, always showing respect for our client’s goals and appreciation for their trust.

For our communities

Participate in community service-based activities while earning volunteer time off (VTO) hours.

For the company

Be a good steward of the company name.

By doing the right things, we not only fulfill our ethical responsibilities, but also contribute to a more just and compassionate world.

“Waste no time arguing about what a good man should be. Be one.” – Marcus Aurelius, Roman Emperor (121–180 A.D.).
